The front axle lacks any camber adjustment and doesn't have enough from the factory for spirited driving. This leads to understeer, a lack of feel and feedback through the steering wheel and premature outer edge tyre wear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe solution to this is to increase camber at the front axle and also increase caster too. A common upgrade on the BMW CS and CSL models is a fixed increase camber front hub to reduce the understeer and increase front end grip. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith our camber plates fitted, not only can you get CS\/CSL levels of camber at the front axle, you can go beyond that if you wanted to head out on track in the future. Our camber plates also increase the caster at the front axle unlike any of the CS\/CSL upgrades. The additional caster improves steering feel and feedback for the driver which is significantly lacking as standard. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the rear of the car, the rubber bushed and constrained adjustment range rear toe arms also limit the levels of grip and stability from the car. To combat this, the M division uprated the rear toe arms on the G82 M4 CSL with solid rear arms. This solves the flex but not the adjustment range issues. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWith our Suspension Secrets Adjustable Rear Toe Arms fitted, the solid rose joints eliminate all the flex from the rear arm, keeping grip levels much more consistent and stable at speeds. This tuneabiltiy offers a balance that is perfect for optimising lap times and providing a level of comfort on the roads keeping the car perfectly useable on both applications. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe secret feature of the MCS 3 way dampers that really steps this coilover kit ahead of the field is the adjustable nitrogen gas pressure in the external reservoirs. This can be fine tuned between 6 bar (87 psi) and 18 Bar (260 psi) of pressure to alter the effective spring rate of the coilover assembly. This offers a level of tuning unlike most coilover options.
