Lowering the ride height of your BMW M2 / M2 Competition is a great first step for improving its handling, although this can create some issues. Lowering the ride height can change the position of your BMW's front anti-roll bar potentially making it collide with other suspension components.

In order to prevent this from happening, adjustable drop links are required. Our Suspension Secrets Adjustable Front Drop Links for the BMW F87 M2/M2 Competition are fully adjustable allowing you to control the position of your front anti-roll bar.

Adjustable drop links are especially useful if you are corner weighting your M2/M2 Competition. The slight differences in ride height from corner weighting can create tension in your BMW's anti-roll bars, leading to uneven handling. Adjustable drop links are used to remove that tension, restoring handling balance.

It is caused by the different components of the suspension system all moving in their designed paths, which together generate changes in direction and multiple forces on the wheel and tyre, making the steering and suspension operate in particular ways.

Sophisticated motorsport data capturing equipment allows us to measure the handling performance gains achieved by our parts.

I was slightly apprehensive that the stock dampers might be exposed but I needn't have worried, the car rides exactly as I'd expect & want from a roadgoing M-car. The real revelation is the steering, I could feel the difference as soon as I turned out of your premises. Gone is the sluggish, heavy response - it's now quick, effortless & accurate, almost as if the power steering had been switched off beforehand. The car feels like it's 200kg lighter but at the same time, more solid & composed. For me, it's a perfectly-judged road setup - thanks again

Recently bought a 2025 M3 LCI which seemed ok out of the box. In the wet there was quite bad understeer and slightly unpredictable transition into oversteer. The CS+ handling package transformed the car. The grip is ridiculous, feel is improved, can really lean on the car. Driving in the wet traction is like it’s dry, extremely stable. Car is predictable, any transition to understeer or oversteer is communicated and feels like slow motion with plenty of time to correct. Feel like all the handling of a CS car with all the comfort or a regular M car. Absolutely love the car now.
