Improve steering feel and accuracy with our Suspension Secrets Front Solid Arm Bush Inserts for the Porsche 996.
As standard, the lower front control arms on the 996-generation Porsche feature rubber suspension bushes. These soft rubber bushes flex during cornering and braking, and this flexing causes the front suspension geometry to change dynamically, leading to instability and a feeling of vagueness from the front axle.
To help combat this, we've designed our Suspension Secrets Front Solid Arm Bush Inserts for the Porsche 996. The solid billet aluminium construction of our bushes prevents them from flexing. This lack of flex ensures the steering of your 996 remains accurate and sharp when cornering, and that your 996 is more stable when braking.
The key dynamic benefits of installing the Suspension Secrets Front Solid Arm Bush Inserts for the Porsche 996 are:
- Sharper, more accurate steering
- Increased sense of connection to front axle when driving quickly
- Improved braking stability with less wandering during heavy braking
- Reduced understeer due to toe angle remaining constant when cornering
Suspension Secrets' products are designed and manufactured in the UK. Our products are made from billet aircraft-grade 6082 T6 aluminium and corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel. We use motorsport-spec bearings for maximum performance and longevity.
