Significantly increase rear axle stability on your 1M with our Suspension Secrets Solid Rear Subframe Bushes. As standard, the BMW 1M has large rubber bushes mounted in the subframe connecting the rear subframe to the chassis.
During cornering, these large rubber bush flex and allow the whole rear subframe to move around, causing instability at the rear. This effect gets even worse as the bushes age in time or as you stiffen the suspension with other aftermarket upgrades such as lowering springs or coilovers.
To solve this, we have designed, developed and manufactured billet rear subframe bushes for the 1M which replace the standard rubber bushes in the rear subframe. Once fitted, all flex and movement is removed from the rear subframe mounting points, allowing all of the grip to be transferred directly from the tyres and into the chassis much more directly and quickly.
This increase in stability at the rear axle not only significantly increases grip levels and driver confidence but it also improves chassis response and feedback. With the flex removed, there is no longer a delay in transfer from the tyres into the chassis. This results in a much better handling car that turns when the driver provides any input.
This upgrade is a must have for any 1M being driven spiritedly on the track or the roads to allow maximum grip from the rear axle and create a car with much more feedback and confidence for the driver.

Thanks guys excellent service. The Surface Transforms Carbon Ceramic brakes are mega, just done Anglesey and they performed brilliantly, great feel, awesome stopping power and ran much cooler than the standard steel brakes on my GT3. The set up also feels really nice the steering is calmer and more settled on bumpy old back roads(just been to Dumfries on the passes) and has improved the front end on Anglesey’s long late apex corners.
These toe arms are a game-changer for my GR Supra! Paired with KW V3s and solid bushings, they sharpened handling and eliminated rear-end instability on fast road (yet to test on track but will be soon). Adjustable rose joints make alignment precise, boosting corner exit stability with high torque (~700 Nm). Minimal NVH increase on the roads mean there is no real trade off with the upgrade. These are really well made. Comparing them to the stock ones after removal you can defiantly see where your money is going—essential for track enthusiasts!

My part stuck at customs i dont have it
I received the package to find very high quality hardware including the hose which was very nice to see. I had my mechanic/body shop complete the install and it looks as if the air entrance ports were always there and part of BMW's design. Granted they should have corrected this airflow issue years ago, it certain looks the part. I live in Texas and it's the dead of summer here in July. I ran the car at my track this past weekend in 100 degree weather for 4-30 min sessions and the air flow worked perfectly as advertised. Not a single brake fade lap even with the hardest braking from 135 mph. Top Notch so far!!
The difference on the cornering is astonishing
Had the SS handling pack fitted to my car, track manners are now spot on with little to no loss to road compliance.
The sharpness of the front end is now on another level. A most for all 991.2 in my opinion.
