Increase front axle stability and predictability with our Suspension Secrets Solid Front Lower Control Arm Bush for the VAG MQB chassis including car such as VW Golf GTI/R Mk7/Mk8, Audi S3/RS3 8V/8Y and Audi TTS/RS MK3.

When cornering hard, the front control arm bushes in the MQB chassis flex. This flex causes the front camber and toe angles to change dynamically, which causes a reduction in traction as the changing camber and toe results in inconsistent levels of grip through the corner.

To solve this issue we designed our Suspension Secrets Rear Solid Front Lower Control Arm Bush for the VAG MQB Chassis. Compared to the OEM rubber bushes, our solid bushes do not flex, and as a result the front camber and toe remain consistent when cornering, significantly increasing cornering stability.

The key features of the Suspension Secrets Front Lower Solid Control Arm Bush for the MQB Chassis are:

  • Increased front axle stability on the road and track
  • Increased cornering grip
  • More precise handling
  • Better traction on corner exit due to consistent grip levels
  • Motorsport Grade Rodobal Bearings

Suspension Secrets' products are designed and manufactured in the UK. Our products are made from billet aircraft-grade 6082 T6 aluminium and corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel. We use motorsport-spec Fluro rod ends and Rodoball bearings for maximum performance and longevity.

Geometry Explained

Geometry
Suspension geometry is the positioning and angular movement of the suspension arms and the effect that they have upon the movement of the wheel and tyre. It is caused by the different components of the suspension system all moving in their designed paths, which together generate changes in direction and multiple forces on the wheel and tyre, making the steering and suspension operate in particular ways.

Product Development

All Suspension Secrets upgrades are designed, developed and manufactured in-house. This process includes prototyping new products using CAD and 3D printing technology, and extensive rear-world testing with professional racing drivers. Sophisticated motorsport data capturing equipment allows us to measure the handling performance gains achieved by our parts.
