Eliminate bump-steer and increase steering accuracy at the limit with our Suspension Secrets Adjustable Bump Steer Tie Rod Ends for the Corvette C8 Z06 / Z07 / ZR1. 

Whilst lowering your Porsche using lowering springs or coilovers is a great way of improving cornering grip. A lower ride height can lead to bump-steer, where the toe geometry angles change dynamically as your Corvette drives over bumps when cornering, such as when running kerbs on a race track. Bump-steer reduces steering feel and impedes driver confidence at the limit.

We've designed our Suspension Secrets Adjustable Bump Steer Tie Rod Ends for the C8 Corvette to help completely remove bump-steer from your Porsche. Our stainless steel bump steer tie rod ends are fully adjustable allowing you to correct the steering arm angle at the lower ride height, removing bump steer from the system.

Geometry Explained

Bump Steer
Bump steer is highly undesirable within racing especially on tracks or surfaces that contain bumps. If the suspension is constantly transitioning between bump and droop, then a car with bump steer will constantly be shifting the steering angle of the car and will make the front end very unstable at high speeds. The bump steer in the system will affect the precisely designed Ackermann steering geometry and will make the steering more unpredictable for the driver.

Bump steer can provide an advantage to the rear end of a car on a smooth circuit effectively providing “active toe” during cornering. This can be used on a front wheel drive car to produce toe out, when the suspension is in bump, at the rear of the car to encourage oversteer on turn in; removing understeer characteristics.

I was slightly apprehensive that the stock dampers might be exposed but I needn't have worried, the car rides exactly as I'd expect & want from a roadgoing M-car. Gone is the sluggish, heavy response - it's now quick, effortless & accurate, almost as if the power steering had been switched off beforehand. Recently bought a 2025 M3 LCI which seemed ok out of the box. In the wet there was quite bad understeer and slightly unpredictable transition into oversteer. The CS+ handling package transformed the car. The grip is ridiculous, feel is improved, can really lean on the car. Driving in the wet traction is like it’s dry, extremely stable. Car is predictable, any transition to understeer or oversteer is communicated and feels like slow motion with plenty of time to correct. Feel like all the handling of a CS car with all the comfort or a regular M car. Absolutely love the car now.
